* At 903 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen late last night and early this 
  morning. Most of the heavy rain will move east of the area this 
  morning, but runoff will continue to create flooding.  Additional 
  heavy rainfall is possible this afternoon and evening.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Pauls Valley, Elmore City, Velma, Paoli, Katie, Byars, Foster, 
  Tatums, Loco, Ratliff City, Addington, Pooleville, Hennepin, 
  Graham, Antioch, Pernell, Fox and Whitebead.

This includes the following highways...
	Interstate 35 between mile markers 63 and 80.
