* At 422 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible 
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN CANADIAN, SOUTHERN LOGAN AND NORTHWESTERN 
OKLAHOMA COUNTIES...

At 505 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain have generally moved east of the warned area.  However areas of 
light to moderate rain will continue for the next hour.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.
