The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Oklahoma County in central Oklahoma...

* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 336 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the western and central Oklahoma City with 
  little in the way of movement. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
  fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches is possible in the warned 
  area. This threat will spread eastward into eastern portions of 
  Oklahoma City up into Edmond. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Oklahoma City, Edmond, Del City, Bethany, Warr Acres, The Village, 
  Nichols Hills, Forest Park, Woodlawn Park, Lake Aluma, Smith
