* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Beckham County in western Oklahoma...
  Southwestern Custer County in western Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Roger Mills County in western Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Washita County in western Oklahoma...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 807 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain between Elk City and Clinton, near and north of 
  Interstate-40. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Hammon, Canute, Butler, Foss, Foss Reservoir and Stafford.

This includes the following highways...
	Interstate 40 between mile markers 43 and 49...and
	between mile markers 51 and 59.

EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN BECKHAM, SOUTHWESTERN CUSTER, SOUTHEASTERN 
ROGER MILLS AND NORTHWESTERN WASHITA COUNTIES...

At 914 PM CDT, While the heaviest rain has moved south and east of 
the warning area, periods of moderate rain will keep the flash flood 
threat going. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen this 
evening between Elk City and Clinton. Additional rainfall amounts up 
to 1 inch are possible.
