  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM CDT TUESDAY 
FOR LINCOLN AND NORTHWESTERN POTTAWATOMIE COUNTIES...

At 1019 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported widespread road 
closures due to flash flooding, including Highway 18 in the Chandler 
area and Highways 177 and 66. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have 
fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.
