The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  East central White County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 900 AM CDT.
    
* At 824 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 12 miles east of Sparta, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southern Cumberland and east central White Counties, including the
  following locations... Virgin Falls State Natural Area, Crab
  Orchard, Lake Tansi, Cumberland Mountain State Park and Pleasant
  Hill.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 317 and 337.
