  Van Buren County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 356 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area...especially near Fall 
  Creek Falls State Park. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
  fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 1.5 inches in 1 hour. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

EVENING FOR VAN BUREN COUNTY...

At 529 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4.5 
inches of rain have fallen.  The stronger storms that produced most 
of the flash flooding are moving away from the area. Additional 
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash 
flooding is ongoing and should tapper off through 7 pm.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

* At 702 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4.5 
  inches of rain have fallen and several water rescues have 
  occurred. As of 7 pm rainfall has begun to tapper off.  Additional 
  rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. 
  Flash flooding is ongoing but expected to recede by 945 pm.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
