  30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, 
  sub- freezing temperatures as low as 23 possible.

* WHERE...In Tennessee, East Polk County. In North Carolina, 
  Cherokee and Clay Counties.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 4 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
  For the Wind Advisory, from now to 2 PM EDT Thursday. For the 
  Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. 
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may 
  result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
