The primary areas of concern for heavy rains and flooding will be along the higher terrain of the Southern Appalachians and across southwest North Carolina where 1 to 3 inches of rain are forecast. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
