Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Thursday, a weather system will bring showers and thunderstorms
through the eastern Tennessee Valley. Due to the saturated ground
localized flooding may occur if any areas receive a long period of
heavy rainfall.

With recent rainfall activity keeping soils saturated, any stronger
storms could produce some locally heavy downpours and result in
isolated flooding Friday.

...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
Campbell and northeastern Scott Counties through 800 PM EDT...

At 714 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Jacksboro, or 10 miles west of La Follette, moving
northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
La Follette, Jacksboro, Jellico, Caryville, Elk Valley, Ketchen,
Fincastle and Royal Blue.

At 831 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Estill Springs to 8 miles north of
Skyline. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Jasper, South Pittsburg, Kimball, Monteagle, Orme, Fiery Gizzard
