Michigan and central Upper Michigan.

Areas of dense fog are likely this morning. See the latest Dense
Fog Advisory for additional details. Areas of dense fog will be
possible again tonight across Upper Michigan.

There is a chance of thunderstorms today across portions of
western and central Upper Michigan. Some storms could produce
damaging winds, large hail, and heavy downpours, mainly near the
Wisconsin state line.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

There is a chance of thunderstorms Wednesday across Upper Michigan.
Some storms may be strong across the central and east in the
afternoon and evening hours.

Thunderstorms will be possible across the west half of Lake
Superior this morning and across the north-central and east this
afternoon and evening. Some storms could produce strong winds,
mainly across the west and north-central. Heavy downpours could
also quickly reduce visibilities.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Thunderstorms will also be possible on Wednesday through the early
evening hours, mainly in the central and east.

...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Iron,
southeastern Gogebic, southwestern Houghton and southeastern
Ontonagon Counties through 230 PM EDT/130 PM CDT/...

At 144 PM EDT/1244 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Watersmeet, or 26 miles north of Eagle River,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Paulding around 155 PM EDT.
