...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
NORTHEASTERN MOBILE COUNTY UNTIL 445 PM CDT...
At 405 PM CDT, the strong thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of
Movico, or 6 miles southeast of Citronelle, moving south at 15 mph.
Dime size hail and wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Creola, Axis, Mount Vernon and Movico.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
