...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES...CENTRAL MONROE AND CENTRAL CLARKE COUNTIES UNTIL 400 PM
CDT...
At 314 PM CDT, the strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles east of Fulton to 7 miles southeast of
Coffeeville, and moving southeast at 15 mph.
Dime size hail and wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Monroeville, Jackson, Grove Hill and Whatley.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
