...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN LAFAYETTE...MARSHALL...WESTERN TIPPAH...EASTERN TATE AND
BENTON COUNTIES...

At 1104 PM CDT, doppler radar indicated a severe squall line
producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was 
located over Holly Springs, moving northeast at 55 mph. A second 
rotation is located near Waterford.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Holly Springs, Ripley, Wall Doxey State Park, Lamar, Blue Mountain,
Snow Lake Shores, Canaan, Harmontown, Bethlehem, Gravestown, Red
Banks, Laws Hill, Marianna, Hickory Flat, Ashland, Potts Camp,
Falkner, Abbeville, Malone and Wakefield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter or an interior room on the
lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are
outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest
substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not

This cluster of thunderstorms is producing tornadoes and widespread

At 1116 PM CDT, doppler radar indicated a severe squall line
producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was
located over Snow Lake Shores, or 13 miles east of Holly Springs,
moving northeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

located near Gravestown, or 10 miles northwest of Ripley, moving
northeast at 50 mph.
