  Central Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
  Northwestern Crane County in western Texas...
  Southwestern Ector County in western Texas...
  Loving County in western Texas...
  Ward County in western Texas...
  Winkler County in western Texas...

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 735 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Pecos, Monahans, Kermit, Wink, Mentone, Thorntonville, Barstow, 
  Pyote, Wickett, Winkler County Airport, Roy Hurd Memorial Airport, 
  Monahans Sandhills State Park, Pecos Municipal Airport, Toyah

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR CENTRAL REEVES, NORTHWESTERN CRANE, SOUTHWESTERN ECTOR, 
LOVING, WARD AND WINKLER COUNTIES...

At 931 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding over roadways 
on Loop Road and 45th street. Thunderstorms producing heavy rain 
across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
