* At 524 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR GLASSCOCK AND HOWARD COUNTIES...

At 638 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches 
of rain have fallen in Big Spring and numerous motorists have been 
stranded in high waters. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch 
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
