* Until 845 AM CDT.

* At 556 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible 
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR NORTHEASTERN CRANE, EASTERN ECTOR, NORTHWESTERN 
GLASSCOCK, SOUTHERN MARTIN, MIDLAND AND NORTHWESTERN UPTON 
COUNTIES...

At 649 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Numerous high water 
rescues have occurred over the past hour. Between 1 and 2 inches of 
rain have fallen across the cities of Midland and Odessa. Additional 
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash 
flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
