The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Desha County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 240 PM CDT.

* At 1139 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Due to recent heavy rain, flash flooding will occur 
  very quickly!

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Pea Ridge, Dumas, Rohwer, Mitchellville, Watson, Winchester, 
  Kelso, Yancopin, Omega, Morgan Point Recreation Area, Pickens in 
  Desha County, Yukon and Reedville.
