* At 134 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Due to extremely heavy rainfall over this region
in the last day, flash flooding is likely ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.
