heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is likely ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen, and due to heavy rainfall from Tuesday, flash flooding is
likely sill ongoing across the warned area.
