* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 535 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a nearly stationary severe 
  thunderstorms producing extremely heavy rain across the warned 
  area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional 
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. 
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

EVENING FOR NORTHWESTERN BAILEY COUNTY...

At 644 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a very slow moving severe 
thunderstorms producing extremely rain across the warned area 
southwest of Muleshoe.  Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

to begin shortly.

* At 731 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in parts of the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, highways
           as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  mainly rural areas of Northwestern Bailey County

Although the storm was finally starting to move east, it had 
reintensified and still producing extremely heavy rain.

out of the warned area southwest of Muleshoe.  Between 3 and 6 
inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams,highways,  as
         well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  mainly rural areas of Northwestern Bailey County

Although the storms have moved out of the warned area, flash 
flooding is likely to continue for some time.
