* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
afternoon to a crest of 18.6 feet tomorrow morning. It will then
fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, Dutch Creek Road south of Byrnesville and
Byrnesville Road near John McKeever Road north of Byrnesville
begin to flood.
