* Flood Warning for
  the Cuivre River near Troy.
* Until late Friday night.
* At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this morning to a crest of 22.4 feet this afternoon. It will then 
  fall below flood stage late this evening.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, flood damages begin in mobile homes on the 
  southeast side of Tropicana Village Mobile Home Park in Moscow 
  Mills.
