precipitation for the next 24 hours.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even

  morning to 13.3 feet this evening. It will then fall to 11.0 feet 
  and begin rising again early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 
  11.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood 
  stage tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet, Cave Road begins flooding at Onondaga Cave 
  State Park near this height.
