Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
New Orleans, East New Orleans, Chalmette, Lake Catherine, Arabi,
Meraux and Lakefront Airport.
This includes the following Interstates...
Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 237 and 254.
Interstate 510 between mile markers 1 and 3.
Interstate 610 near mile marker 4.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
