...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN WEST
FELICIANA AND NORTHWESTERN POINTE COUPEE PARISHES...WILKINSON AND
NORTHWESTERN AMITE COUNTIES...

At 721 AM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Clayton to near Sibley to 7 miles
east of Slocum to near Moreauville to near Indian Lake to near
Lunita. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Woodville, Gloster, Lettsworth, Batchelor, Fort Adams, Dolorosa and
Crosby.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They can relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in New Orleans.
