The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned 
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

Louisiana...and southern Mississippi.

FOR SOUTHEASTERN WEST BATON ROUGE...ST. HELENA...NORTHWESTERN
LIVINGSTON...EASTERN EAST FELICIANA AND CENTRAL EAST BATON ROUGE
PARISHES...NORTHWESTERN PIKE AND AMITE COUNTIES...

At 422 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Little Springs to near Smithdale to near Darlington to
near Watson, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Baton Rouge, Mccomb, Denham Springs, Port Allen, Liberty, Greensburg,
Oak Hills Place, Addis, Brusly, Summit, Smithdale, Westminster,
Merrydale, Inniswold, Watson, Darlington, Gillsberg, Pride, Gardere
and Brownfields.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 153 and 163.
 Interstate 12 between mile markers 1 and 7.
 Interstate 55 in Mississippi between mile markers 14 and 24.
 Interstate 110 in Louisiana between mile markers 1 and 6.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for southeastern
Louisiana...and southern Mississippi.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Squall lines can produce brief tornadoes and more widespread wind 
damage. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, it is best to 
move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. These 
storms may cause serious injury and significant property damage.
