* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Rapides Parish in central Louisiana...
  East central Vernon Parish in west central Louisiana...

* Until 900 PM CDT.
    
* At 826 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Hineston, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Elmer and Otis around 835 PM CDT.
  Lecompte around 900 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Forest
Hill, Calcasieu, Woodworth and Mcnary.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 60 and 83.

At 847 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Elmer, or 10 miles east of Hineston, moving east at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Rapides Parish, including the following locations...
Woodworth and Forest Hill.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 66 and 83.
