...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Upper Keys in Monroe
County through 445 AM EDT...

At 414 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Windley Key, or 12 miles northeast of East End Of Channel 5 Bridge,
moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Plantation, Upper Matecumbe Key, Teatable Key, Windley Key, Lower
Matecumbe Key and Islamorada.
