At 419 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Cowan, or 8
miles southwest of Flemingsburg, moving northeast at 55 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Flemingsburg, Pecks Ridge, Mount Carmel, Nepton, Tilton, Craintown,
Wallingford, Cowan, Poplar Plains, Foxport, Elizaville, Ewing and
Flemingsburg Junction.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
