FLEMING AND NORTH CENTRAL ROWAN COUNTIES...

At 353 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered near Nepton, or 7
miles northwest of Flemingsburg, moving southeast at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Flemingsburg, Sharpsburg, Fairview, Pecks Ridge, Pebble, Muses Mills,
Wallingford, Bethel, Foxport, Oakley, Mount Carmel, Nepton, Tilton,
Ringos Mills, Hillsboro, Craintown, Sherburne, Plummers Landing,
Cowan and Poplar Plains.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
