heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other

EVENING FOR EAST CENTRAL LAUREL AND WEST CENTRAL CLAY COUNTIES...
At 531 PM EDT, the Laurel County emergency dispatch reported water
rescues along Tomcat Trail, Payne Trail, and Lick Fork Road. Between
2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing from
heavy rainfall earlier this afternoon.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
