Southern Lee County in southeastern Kentucky...
* Until 800 AM EDT.
* At 450 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving showers and
embedded thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned
area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen since 4 am. Up to
an additional inch of rain is expected through 6 am. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.
