northwestern Union, Columbia, Suwannee and Hamilton Counties through
1115 AM EDT...

At 1007 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Dowling Park to 7 miles northwest of Bell.
Movement was northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and minor flooding due to heavy
         rainfall.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lake City, Live Oak, Jasper, White Springs, Bell, Ichetucknee Spring,
Suwannee River State Park, Suwannee Springs, Columbia and Fort White.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel
clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions
they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a
funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the
National Weather Service.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
