southeastern Arkansas and northwestern Morehouse Parishes through 300
AM CST...

At 158 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Monticello to near Strong. Movement was
east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

a line extending from Elaine to near Dumas. Movement was east at 55
