was east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Somerset around 330 AM CDT.
  St. Joseph and Lake Bruin around 340 AM CDT.
  Alcorn around 350 AM CDT.
  Vicksburg, Le Tourneau and Yokena around 400 AM CDT.
