At 217 PM CDT, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm
over Improve, or 10 miles northeast of Columbia, moving northwest at
20 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Bunker Hill around 225 PM CDT.
