Isolated severe thunderstorms will be possible Tuesday into
Tuesday evening. Some thunderstorms could produce damaging wind
gusts and hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday night through Sunday

Severe storms are likely from early Wednesday morning through
late Wednesday night across northeast Louisiana, southeast
Arkansas, and much of the state of Mississippi. These storms will
be capable of producing damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 mph,
hail up to golf ball size, and tornadoes. Some tornadoes could be
strong.

.SPOTTER CALL TO ACTION STATEMENT...
The activation of storm spotters, HAM radio operators, and
emergency management personnel in support of severe weather
operations may be needed for portions of the region Tuesday
through Wednesday night.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN RANKIN COUNTY UNTIL
715 PM CDT...

At 641 PM CDT, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm
near Fannin, or near Madison, moving east at 35 mph.

Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Fannin around 645 PM CDT.
  Goshen Springs around 655 PM CDT.
  Pisgah around 700 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors
