Fog and freezing fog has developed across the area. Visibilities
will be variable in time and space, and could change rapidly.
Visibility will drop to one quarter mile or less in places, and
roads could also become slick. Hazardous driving conditions may
be possible. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave
plenty of distance ahead of you.
