The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Adams County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 652 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain 
  across the warned area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, streets
           and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and
           low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  West Union, Manchester, Peebles, Winchester, Seaman, Emerald, 
  Cherry Fork, Dunkinsville, State Route 348 at State Route 125, 
  Cedar Mills, Bentonville, May Hill, Serpent Mound, Locust Grove
