  Eastern Saline County in central Kansas...

* Until 945 PM CDT.

* At 838 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles southeast of Culver to near Smolan, moving
  east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Salina, Assaria, Gypsum, Smolan, New Cambria, Salina Airport and
  Kipp.

Gypsum, or 12 miles east of Salina, moving east at 40 mph.
