The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Russell County in central Kansas...

* Until 530 PM CDT Sunday.

* At 949 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding 
  occurring along Paradise Creek near and in Natoma. This water will 
  travel downstream and would impact the town of Paradise. Between 1 
  and 5 inches of rain have fallen. While the rain has ended, runoff 
  from the recent heavy rainfall has resulted in flash flooding of 
  numerous roads and even a few home evacuations upstream in Natoma. 
  The downstream flow may result in similar flooding concerns for 
  Paradise and locations along Paradise Creek.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain runoff is
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR NORTH CENTRAL RUSSELL COUNTY...

At 1258 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding in 
town. The water is rising in Paradise. Main Street is impassable. 
Evacuations have occurred in town. Between 1 and 5 inches of rain 
fell upstream with its runoff into Paradise Creek producing flash 
flooding in Paradise. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
