* Until 745 AM CDT.

* At 243 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow thunderstorms 
  producing very heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 
  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing 
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

MORNING FOR CENTRAL LINCOLN AND NORTHERN SALINE COUNTIES...

At 352 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar was estimating 
between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
amounts of 2 to 4 inches are likely in the warned area. Flash 
flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Salina, Lincoln, Beverly, New Cambria, Glendale and Westfall.

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
