At 308 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Moulton, moving northeast at 35 mph.

Penny size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Decatur, Madison, Athens, Hartselle, Priceville, Trinity, Tanner,
Huntsville International Airport, Mooresville and Belle Mina.

At 320 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms crossing the I-65 corridor in southern middle
Tennessee south to near Athens, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Athens, Fayetteville, Ardmore, Petersburg, Harvest, Elkmont, French
Mill, Elkwood, Howell and Mimosa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
