  Southwestern Cheyenne County in east central Colorado...

* Until 430 PM MDT.
    
* At 405 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 16 miles north of Haswell, or 42 miles south of
  Flagler, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Cheyenne County in east central Colorado.

Haswell, or 42 miles west of Cheyenne Wells, moving northeast at 15
mph.
