The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  North central Wallace County in west central Kansas...

* Until 330 PM MDT.
    
* At 246 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 11 miles north of Wallace, or 14 miles northeast of
  Sharon Springs, and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  north central Wallace County.
