...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN PHILLIPS...
WESTERN FRANKLIN AND HARLAN COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 745 PM CDT...
The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However heavy rain
is still possible with these thunderstorms.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
north central Kansas...and south central Nebraska.
Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
portions of Harlan, Franklin, and Phillips counties until 830 PM.
