* At 432 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates that between 3 
  and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rain is likely over 
  the next hour or two. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to 
  begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

MORNING FOR NORTHEASTERN FURNAS AND SOUTH CENTRAL GOSPER COUNTIES...

At 609 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms have 
produced heavy rain across the warned area overnight. Radar 
estimates that as much as 4 to 6 inches of rain have fallen as of 
600 AM CDT, and some additional rain is still possible over the next 
few hours. Flash flooding is likely ongoing within parts of the area 
or is expected to begin shortly.
