River drainage in Utah. A flood wave along the Paria River will
enter Arizona by midnight, and continue down the river to Lees
Ferry after sunrise Wednesday morning.
HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding in and around the Paria
River.
