  Yavapai County in west central Arizona...

* Until 845 AM MST.

* At 244 AM MST, a stream gauge on the Agua Fria River near Cordes 
  Junction reported a 5.78 foot rise as of 2:15 AM MST. These flood 
  waters will continue downstream and are expected to reach Black 
  Canyon City around or shortly after 6:00 AM MST. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Gauges reported.

  IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding of low-water
           crossings, creeks, normally dry washes and roads.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Black Canyon City.

YAVAPAI COUNTY...

Water levels along the Agua Fria will remain high, but continue to 
gradually recede over the next few hours. However, additional shower 
and thunderstorm activity today could lead to rises in river levels 
later today. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM MST Monday for 
portions of east central Arizona, north central Arizona, northeast 
Arizona and west central Arizona.
